We will replace your toy for life if it deteriorates, becomes damaged or has a manufacturing defect.  The warranty does not cover the cost of shipping charges in the replacement of products. 

Our Lifetime Warranty only applies to the original purchaser & does not not cover :
product alterations from their original configuration, abuse or misuse of the products, lost or stolen products.  Vibrator mechanisms, batteries, product packaging, specialized attachments, hoses & connectors are not included in the warranty & will not be replaced unless the product is damaged  or defective upon arrival .
