Contact us with your questions, comments, ideas, and suggestions. We can't always answer our phones or rapidly respond to emails but we will respond in a timely manner. We are confident and humble, knowledgeable without arrogance and we know that the satisfaction and success of our customers is what makes USA Silicone successful.
We require a Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement to be signed before we hear or see the detailed aspects of your product or idea. This protects our existing customers our company and of course you. We have a mutual NDA that we can provide to you if you do not have one already.
We prefer that you call us so that we can properly asses your needs and answer your questions more effectively.
We take the confidentiality of our customers and their assets very seriously. Onsite visits to our facilities are welcomed but they must be coordinated at a time when our production lines can be shutdown and sanitized of any identifiable customer materials.
